There are many converse shops in Kunming... But I don't know where you can find special size. When I got mine they had just normal women sizes.

Have you tried Lousiwan? I think I spelled it correctly.

There have some import/export traders for clothes that do larger sizes, perhaps there are larger size shoes available. Lousiwan is technically a wholesale market, but they do sell individual items as well as whole cases.
