How big a deal is it to replace a cracked touch screen on a Android smartphone that is otherwise working fine?

While in the U.S., I bought an unlocked, Chinese-made, fake iPhone that ran Android. Really cheap and I've got to say that I really love the thing! It works like gangbusters and its really tiny. I was seriously bummed when it got cracked on a recent trip. I have a couple other, larger backup phones and I can even buy a new phone. But, I was wondering if it was worthwhile to try to resurrect my sick fake iPhone.

(In the U.S., its generally not worth the effort for something this cheap.)

Any thoughts on this?
