Hey! I'm looking for last minute/DIY halloween costume ideas? While I doubt there's places here to buy actual full costumes, anyone know of any markets or stores thta might be good places to look for putting one together?

Have you tried the second hand clothing market in the north west? It's close to the Communication College, on the third floor of the building selling cars.
