I'm married and couldn't get more than a 90 day L visa (renewable twice here in KM).

When I applied for a 1 year multi-entry originally in LA our visa agent (Chinese) said: "forget it, it's not going to happen anymore".

I was already married so changing the visa here wasn't that difficult.

I have a tourist visa multiple entry for one year issued August 2013. I came in later-in September and am leaving again in November. As far as I know, the clock starts when you come in and you have to leave every 90 days. The visa office in USA said it was multiple entry for one year.
