Same reason I hire domestics. I can and I want to.

Do you do just anything you want to do?

As a car owner in China, I believe that the cost of using a driver is much cheaper than the cost of owning and running a med/large imported car (amortized over 5 years). As it will spend a lot of time parked, unless you want to drive on the daily commute.

So you people 'need' a car, is that it?
