Agree, you would be mad to even touch fish coming out of Dianchi, let alone eat them. Remember the lake has pollution levels off the scales, you only need to look and smell the water to understand.

Not normally as fishing is banned in DianChi for conservation reasons. But this week is fishing season for 17days. I would expect to see this Kunming local delicacy appear in restaurants for the season.
