There is no such thing as a free lunch. How is the paypal exchange rate?

I can see Paypal working, but I was looking for something a little more direct/with better exchange rates. I suppose the main thing would be linking up a Chinese account to my Paypal, transferring to my bank account back home and sucking it up for the extra $ lost in the Paypal's exchange rate.

The other possibility is that I will have enough income from online businesses to just deposit into my CAD account, although then I have to lose $ exchanging from my home account to RMB. Oh well, that's life I guess.
