200sqm home and we paid 9000 a sqm ... Compared to the 48000 a sqm in Beijing I just sold my one apartment for ... The apartment we purchased was 6500 a sqm.... 2nd section. My understanding the 3rd section prices will be roughly the same. But not for sale yet

I'd say Kernalpanx did pretty well for himself at 48k per square meter.

I'll have to check out the units for 6500, because it seems pretty low for that community. In most of the communities I've looked into the price increases with each project completed.

Third project is having some problem with licenses ... Is seems the price of 1st and 2nd stages are jumping.
