hotels have early breakfast buffets, but not sure how early. maybe 7.

Hotels also charge a lot for breakfast.

Slice of Heaven opens at 8.30 for breakfast. 5-6am? Sorry, I can't help you but I do recommend buying a kettle and toaster.
