Just go to any local Mosque or Church and they know how to handle it to people in need, specially in remote areas

That way I know it will go to the poor with no agenda attached to it.

@paulb each Friday around mosques in City center, there are 6 mosques there. At 1 30 to 2 PM, you will find many poor people waiting donation around the mosques gates specially around Shun Cheng mosque in Wangfujin in city center of Kunming.
