i want learn how to make Mousse

Cheats fruit flavour mousse.

Ingredients
1/ Pack of Jellow/jelly of the flavour you want.
2/ Whipping cream (NOT the can of aerosol cream).
3/ Water
4/ Optional, up to max 1 cup of fruit. Canned fruit should be be well drained. The volume of water in the jellow should be reduced by the volume of the fruit.

Equipment.
Whisk (electric or manual)
Measuring jug (for mixing/disolving jellow)
Large bowl (for whipping cream and incorporating jellow)
Jelly mould/small bowls for setting mousse.t.
Blender if you are adding frui

Method
Step 1
If using fruit, blend fruit.

In a jug or small bowl. Dissolve one pack of jellow into half the quantity of boiling water required. (if a 1 pint pack, use half pint of boiling water). If you are adding fruit then do this before topping up the water to the required level. Set aside to cool.

When the jellow is cool, but not set go to step 2.

Step 2
Measure out the same quantity of cream as you have jellow (1/2 pint).
Put the cream into the large bowl and whisk until it will just stand on its own/peaks. Do not beat until it is very stiff.

Step 3
Carefully fold in the jellow mix, to keep the air in the whipped cream.

optional
If you are using fruit put it in a blender and then fold into cream with the jellow at step 3.

Step 4
Carefully transfer the mixure into the jelly mould or small bowls. Place in the refrigerator to set.

NB This will also freeze and can be eaten as a frozen dessert.
