F Visa Extension

Hi does anyone have any recent information regrading F Visa Extension in Kunming? I can be issued with a 30 day F visa in London, but I need to stay for awhile longer. I've extended L visas at the PSB with no trouble, but now a company really wants me to arrive in China with an F visa and I can't find out much information relating to F visas in this part of China!
