Does anybody know where I can buy dress makers ribbon?

I don't want the shiny bright color stuff for wrapping gifts

If you need ribbons in a rush, try your local florist stores. They usually have lots of ribbons of all colors and widths for wrapping bouquets - though may not be exactly what you are looking for.

I want it for hat bands, and so a flat (not satin) finish in subdued colors like brown/navy/black.
