Is there a travel agency in KM that can arrange an India tourist visa? One forum I saw said it was possible for about 500 kuai. Thanks!

Also, does anyone know why all the rich Chinese folk in Kunming are suddenly holidaying in the Maldives these days? Is there a new direct flight? Some all-in deal? No need for a visa there??

China Eastern recently started offering flights to Male (the Maldives capital) via Columbo (Sri Lanka). they also reinstated the direct Kunming - Chiang Mai route.
