I'm also interested in joining...seems we have quite enough would-be students to make it worth someone's while.
What school is offering the 1 on 1 classes?

It looks like there is at least 5 people eager to cook! I will post an ad to see if there's someone willing to teach group cooking. What would everyone be willing to pay?
or perhaps we can do a sort of exchange, ie. everyone takes a turn to teach something different each week? or just a get together where we experiment with Chinese recipes?
I would be down with that. I can make a few Chinese dishes. My only problem is that I have limited Kitchen space. I could potentially do it in my apartment but It would be a little cramped. Any suggestions?
Hello everyone!!
Iwould lije to share some General Chinese Cooking Principles:
Hope u would like it....
1>Try to vary the meat and vegetables in a dish, so that there is an interesting variety of flavors, textures, and colors. The Chinese believe it is important to find balance and harmony in every aspect of life, including food.
2>Fresh is best: always use fresh ingredients when possible.
3>Be sure to have everything prepared before you start cooking: the vegetables washed, drained and cut; the meat cut and marinated; the sauces prepare
