Can anyone point me to a real sports shop in Kunming? I would like to get back into running so I'll be looking for a place to buy some shorts and shoes. I'm quite picky though and want proper stuff, ie. a pair of short runners in a light airy fabric and with some kind of integral bit to hold my bits.

I've recently looked in so many "Sports" shops that I have lost count but they only sell useless fashion gear and footbal/basketball stuff. Surely with the popularity of athletics in China there must be some dedicated shops around town.

There are YY Sport stores all over the city center (one on Qing Nian Lu, one close to Jing Ma Bi Ji...), with separate boutiques inside, with all the famous brands (for running, they have Mizuno and Adidas...)
