Thanks for the suggestions everyone! Tomorrow I will have zucchini bread, cinnamon rolls, rhubarb crunch, cheddar and chive scones, and English muffins. Hope you all can make it down!!

Sorry, Piers, not this time. Actually have never made a crumpet in my life, and I think I should make a few practice batches before I try to sell them to the public. Possibly next time, though!
