I have been tasked with finding a bar that serves:
(1) Flaming Sambucas
Bonus points for:
(1.1.) Real coffee beans
(1.2.) Setting the Sambuca alight (hence, "flaming")
(1.3.) Not setting either myself or my friend alight
Brucie bonus points for semi-decent music i.e. NO Lady Ga Ga 'Poker Face' - which I realise is an impossibility here, but if you don't ask you don't get (and all that).
If anyone knows a bar that serves these on a Saturday night, then I would be most grateful.

The Box is the only place I can think of off the top of my head that has Sambuca. Not sure if they'll let you light it on fire, though.

Actually, I remember a few weeks back in Aoma Meili Pub, a
Chinese guy attempted to light his cigarette and his lighter
exploded, producing a fairly big fireball that luckily didn't give him
2nd degree burns!
I hate to imagine the results if he was drinking Sambuca at the
time.

We serve sambuca with coffee beans, we do not light it on fire because I've never seen it before where I learned to drink sambuca (italy).
What we light is absinthe, so if you want to come on saturday night and try, you're welcome.
And you'll be surprised by our music choice...

(girlfriend day / night).
I'm not surprised that you've never seen flaming sambucas since you learned to drink sambuca in Italy. It seens to be a UK phenomenon - where drinking and trips to A&E [Accident & Emergency] go hand-in-hand ;)
Despite the tongue in cheek remark above, we're both well behaved, looking to enjoy a civilised drink on a balmy (hopefully!) Friday night.
Any place that doesn't play 'Pokeface' on constant rotation wins my vote ;)
