depends where your living? I'm just outside city limits (only just) and I've had no water for 4 weeks! And just as an over thought, why are the car washes still in operation? Why are the sauna's still provided with water? why is the city wasting water spraying it on the streets? why are the residents of KM not having cuts to preserve the shortage? and why are the big businesses not having restrictions? i.e. construction sites!
They use dirty polluted to spray trees, streets
Govt cars need to be clean
business is $$$
@nir119: the water stoppages usually happen on a neighborhood to neighborhood basis. The management office of your complex probably knows the schedule of stoppages, or if it's actually some kind of maintenance issue instead.
Sometimes they cut the water off for only certain parts of the day.
