consider for the hotpot's quality, i suggest you not to go the jijihong...if you wanna have real chongqing hotpot, go to the Panzhihua Ditan hotpot, it's around metro. you can ask people there, on the way from metro to 533 hospital

jijihong is eye-wateringly cheap. i'd call it fastfood hotpot - service is limited and decor is simple. taste/quality match the prices.

gunguo niurou (滚锅牛肉) is worth checking out too.
