Anyone know where I can find a schedule of fees for posting a large parcel internationally?

Or does anyone have any tips on the cheapest international freighting option?

slightly unrelated but don't use EMS. I ordered something from taobao last week and had it sent to our office. I checked the EMS website and it says that it was delivered and signed for on Sunday. I arrived at the office today to find it was not there. I got one of my staff to call the EMS hotline and they told us that sometimes if they don't think they can deliver it on time they simply sign for it themselves so that the system thinks they've met their targets! only in China!
