Alright! I'm dying for some Middle eastern/ North African delicacies!

Any place in town serves shawarma, hummus, felafel, baklava, couscous; etc ?

i share this craving. there was an israeli-run business in kundu a couple years back, but they promoted it poorly and it went under fast.

falafel and hummus, Salvador's is your best bet.

or cook at home. mint and cumin are readily available here, and there's unsweetened yogurt, ground beef and veggies from Green Kunming (all organic), and i'm sure you can land coucous at walmar/metro/carrefour. if you have space for a barbecue, i reckon you can get most of the flavours together.

baklava is a big ask though... :)
