To avoid confusion for others. 行程卡 is for movement tracking with up green arrow logo. I believe that app/mini program in WeChat would show * asterisk symbol for cities of medium to high risk within 14-days of visit.

That would had happen if our code was yellow at the time. Both of ours were green. Mind you we had to do several nucleic acid tests in our 7 days stay. At the railway station in Kunming coming back, we did it again. When we got home my wife's code turned yellow but mine stayed 'green' and never changed. Ha.Ha. I guess they have a glitch in the system.
