I've got some friends coming from home and i want to take them out this Friday night. Ive herd uprock is the best place to go out in kunming..true? They are stingy and reluctant to pay an entrance fee. But i heard its free before 10, right? i guess its pretty empty at that time? how much is it to get in after 10? And whats the music on fridays?

It depends on the DJ. Usually it's free but if they hire a some what reputiable DJ then the fee is usually 10 or 20, before or after 10pm.

As far as the best, well...it depends on what you like. I would only say it's far more akin to what the States have when compared to they typical Kundu Clubs.
