I'd like to test the bicycle Velodrome in Chenggong. Does anyone know if its open to public, how to get there, etc?

Are you sure Chenggong have such a place?
I am a college student in Chenggong Unversity Town,and if you need help,I'll be there!

i think the velodrome is on the south side of Chenggong. it looks like a pretty old facility (nothing like Hongta sports complex) and i doubt it's open to the public. might be worth asking though.
