the embassy are asking for a currency exchange certificate

(2500 US dollars at least ) or a proof of scholarship .But i have a partial scholarship , what should i do ? should i get currency exchange certificate of the amount i have to pay ? or i dont need it ?

If you do not give them what they ask for, then that embassy will not issue a visa.
If you have a partial scholarship that is worth less than 2500 USD, then ask the embassy if they will accept a currency exchange certificate for the value of the balance, in addition to the proof of scholarship.
