Be cautious with today's "Beyond Borders - Global Project Associate" job offer

Hi everybody,

today a job offer was posted, that made me research a little bit.

It's about marketing a "new private Chinese language school in Kunming" called "Minds Abroad":

gokunming.com/en/classifieds/item/4282/

They already did massive web marketing in May and June. But I doubt that the school really exists. Haven't found any address or person's names, not to mention a school license. In some online forums users that all just registered in May or June praise the school as "well known".

Just google for +mindsabroad.com +"well known".

So, maybe they do the marketing first, and the school second - but I'd be very cautious about it.

Chinese businesses are based on the old honourable "Tooting-your-own-horn-while-flaming-the-competition" principle. I enjoy reading restaurant reviews on the major expat sites in this country. The owner will get several people to write amazing reviews and deal out 6 stars while the direct competitors dish out 0 stars and suggest salmonella infested food and rats running amok in the kitchen. Ahh,,, China.
