Maybe a setup ad by a group of ppl (or even bots) who all have registered in June. Apparently someone already put links (now deleted).

I too found the original request odd.
But I wonder if there is some kind of cultural and/or socioeconomic disconnect happening -- perhaps the OP comes from a different background from most of us. So maybe we can give them the benefit of the doubt for now and be gracious.
This stuff also seems to arrive around here when there are ’sensitive days’. Newbies asking recipes and all that, as a long timer here it caught the eye already years ago.
Maybe they pop up again around october, or when some fire work factory explodes.
I think it reasonable to ask for referrals about software. When you look on line, a lot of the 'specialist' software reviews seem to be either out of date, or covering a very sparse offering, or sponsored. Not the mass market stuff, but the specialist stuff.
I have looked at stock control software reviews, and found the products that are reviewed either over complex, or just not suitable for small/SOHO/owner driver sized businesses.
There is also the more modern phenomenon of younger people who are APP literate, but not computer literate. The super geeks that used to snigger at older people's lack of computer literacy are mostly in their 30s or 40s now. I have had students who couldn't even use Windows competently, but are using all of the newer tech gear to the max.
I personally think there's something fishy going on. A newly registered account starts posting fake news about prostitution and gambling being legalised. Starts discussions on sensitive issues. Posts links to pirate software sites on this forum and may well have initiated this forum. All very well giving people the benefit of the doubt but be careful. It may just be a time waster or a crank but we don't know for sure. And Peter has a point about the timing.
oi tiger! i am an idiot who insists on having the last word, even if i have made my point ad nauseoum
Call me naive, but I think you're all too suspicious of Vikalina, who just sounds like somebody who is not well informed about software, and not too different from myself. Suggest those who can might attempt to inform her and leave it at that.
Vikalina, try to find and view software from Managemart. According to my sister, there you will find a lot of software for the service sector.
Mana*emart.
There u go, a targeted ad campaign (slightly more sophisticated than just spamming - for obvious reasons) to spread the name around www and get higher up in search engines.
Just as cloudy pointed out. Dorks.
Peter was right about this.
