Both tinned tuna and seaweed available at my local corner shop, 40 meters from my flat.

I always thought eating seaweed was a Chinese thing anyway. Was I wrong?
How about soy, guys? Is it high in estrogen levels btw?
Well, there are snacks made from soybeans - at my corner shop, for instance - but are high estrogen levels supposed to be healthy or unhealthy or what? Anyway, I don't like them much.
@ishmael not a bad corner shop you’ve got there then but corner shops are usually markedly different in stocking some types of stuff. Obviously the staples of Chinese life they all have but go outside of that and you never know till you go to the store. Mine don’t do a few things I always want so you’ll catch me in carrefour regularly.
Not saying that’s a Chinese thing either, same worldwide.
As for snacks from carrefour, does cheese count as healthy? Often buy and if not over eaten surely it’s only good for you.
I was being force-fed by my girlfriend for about a year.
Hmm, now thinking about it. Not sure if I like it or just accepted it...
>> but are high estrogen levels supposed to be healthy or unhealthy or what?
look it up online.
and you will almost certainly get two versions. one group telling you it's healthy and another group telling you it's unhealthy. and then you need to decide who is lying to you.

In my opinion, cheese is the best snack.
Ishmael: not sure, but tuna may be high in mercury which is a concern.
stir, repeat, stir, repeat
Remember dolphin, the more the soy-drinkers here diss ya, the more freedom u have at heart.
Peter they're not soy drinkers. They're Walmart snackers. Try to get something right.
