There is one in west part of town in Cai Yuan near Chun Yuan Xiao Qu and one in Bei Chen in the north part of town. I would think almost any westerner could point you in the right direction if you are in the area.

While you're up north, check out Metro for the cast iron pan. You could probably make your own peanut butter without sugar if you can't find it in kunming.

In desperation Paul's Market or Wicker Basket whole wheat flour will do. I order organic whole wheat flour 5 kilos at a time from Australia or the US. Shipping is a killer but at least I know the quality is excellent and the taste is noticeably better.
