Hi,I'm in Shenzhen right now and I will be going to Kunming soon! I'm looking for a cheap place to stay...around 150rmb per day.I have found this price both in Xiamen and Shenzhen(Chengdu also).So,I figure I can find it in Kunming as well.Thanks in advance.

Cloudland is nice, but if you're looking for something a little closer to the Green Lake/University part of the city you might try the Yunnan University Hotel - I think it might be more like 180 yuan/night. Mingtong Hotel off of Beijing Lu is hard to find but it offers basic but very clean rooms with shared bath for 50/night. It's located just behind the Kunming Hotel.
