Well, I used to think all heavy metal music was "Devil music" ... but Ozzy Osbourne wrote a song called Dreamer which is pro-environment ... "I wonder if Mother Earth will survive" And Black Sabbath has a song called War Pigs which is anti-war.
@redjon,
I'll try to have a listen to those songs you listed ...
The Eminem album I had listened to was "Bad Meets Evil" with Eminem and another rapper.
Here they are claiming the album was "God's work". Have a look at some of the lyrics on that album ...
Evil or not, I find most of this stuff unlistenable just based on the beats ... they sing way too fast and it makes me stressed just to listen to it ... but Eminem does seem to have some good songs? Don't judge an artist by one evil album?
I didn't know the ban also included tattoos.

@Liumingke1234 The government being against something like this is undoubtedly only going to make it more popular with the youth. If they had said we love tattoos and a few local governors want one then you might have seen a fall off in the amount of Chinese people finding it cool lol.
@dolphin Nice to see you're open to stuff still. The only one claiming it was 'gods work' was the other guy (I don't know him) who the interview was with though. Have to admit I've not heard this album as it was more something along the lines of m+m just joining up to add something, his better songs would follow the more personal route following his life or persona. I think doubling up with another artist is never going to show either artists best work.
Acceptable tattoos;
Mao is great!
China is the best!
South china sea belongs to China, period!

As an island of tattoos, I am a fantasy.
HH is poetry with a downbeat. I'm not sure it even qualifies as music. There is no music theory training that I can see. The fact is that popular music, if not all modern music, is losing its musicality. If you look back, you'll notice this progression in the nature of music has been going on ever since the first record was published somewhere early 20th century. I suppose if people have heard it, you don't have to work so hard, but if they haven't, you have to work your ass off for them to appreciate it.
