Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone knows an easy place to buy an adaptor for a washing machine hose. The tap I need to connect it to is too big and screw on whereas the hose seems to have a push on attachment. Do you think walmart or carrefour might sell these or is there an area with a lot of small shops selling this type of stuff I can go to?
Also I broke my phone screen yesterday, does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable shop to fix it?
Ideally where they don't need to send it away.(I drop my phone about once per day so the Oneplus 3 is actually pretty tough to last a year before the screen broke)
All help appreciated, just thought it might be more efficient to ask before I go round lots of places.
For the washing machine adapter, I would take photos of both ends and go to a local hardware shop. They are likely to have what you want.

Depending on where you are - this may be useful or useless info.
Out the EAST gate of Yunda on BeimenJie - walk down the street opposite the gate. Almost at the end are several tiny repair stores. They MAY be able to repair your OnePlus screen (probably). They tend to specialize in iPhones and the like - but doesn't hurt to ask. If they can't help you, they can probably refer you to a store around the corner - but I'm pretty sure they can do the work for a nominal price.
If you drop your phone frequently, your phone has an affinity for swimming, and you're not a fashion queen - you may want to opt for a heavy duty shock resistant case called Lunatik. They're about ¥40 on taobao/tmall/jd.com
I saw taps for washing machines this morning at Walmart,
however, if you go to a local hardware store they will usually come and install it for you too. That puts the profit into the small business guy instead of the big corporation.
Thanks all!! Have photos and will head towards walmart looking for hardware shops on the way. I'm going overseas next week so I'll probably put up with the phone screen and try not to drop it again until I get back then go look for the phone repair shops suggested, hard cover probably is a good idea, I dropped a metal box of screwdrivers from a ladder on my last phone
Exactly here j.map.baidu.com/Ml_ML there's a phone screen repair shop. You'll need to speak with the man there, and he should fix it within a day, for no more than 300 kuai. I had my LeTV phone repaired there. Although he didn't have that screen, he went to pick it up by some colleagues in the neighborhood. Highly suggested.
