I use Phisphon. It's free and they have a andriod and windows pc version. I'm watching Youtube right now. :-).

I've used Express VPN for the past few months. No issues, works fine.

Express VPN works well for me too - but I heard some rumor that the government can trace it or something - anybody know about that?

Express is owned by a Chinese company, so if the Chinese government asks them for your info, guess who they are going to side with. But there haven't been any cases of this happening, any publicly known ones anyways.

I would have thought anybody using a vpn would be initial targets for the government. Probably used as a filtering tool, though I'm no expert.

Targets are mostly defined by being a Chinese human rights lawyer, being Uighar, or AiWeiWei. The rest are too inconsequential to be individually tracked unless you make some noise.
