Window 10 is much more reliable and takes less resources to run/install. You can order a back up CD/DVD directly from Microsoft... about $12.00 USD, you would need a valid key.. BUT... you can changed from Chinese to English easily... going to Language section, download english support and then select as default... Easy Peasy Done
