I have a UK drivers licence, want to get a Chinese license. Anyone know where I need to go / where I need to register to take the test?

What to bring to get a Chinese driving license: (unchecked)
- Driving license + Official translation of the driving license + Copies. (www.gokunming.com/[...] )
- Passport and Visa + copies.
- Household Registration form
- 3 to 5 Passport Photos.
- 60 yuan for the test +12 yuan for the physical +10 yuan for the license = 82 yuan

FYI, the Household Registration form is the proof/registration of residence (where you live) form you get from your local PSB office.
