Can someone from France divorce a Chinese national in France, without her presence?

So he is french? Google that question and see what come up. The best bet is the lawyer. Good Luck to him.

These are all things you should be asking legal professionals, not a forum.

I suggest you man up, don't be French - expecting a third party to come in and save the day - Do it yourself.

Napoleon, for your information, the French army in World War II fought much more of the war than the US, and had a strong resistance.

Don't know about France but in California, a person that married in China cannot divorce a Chinese spouse who is resident in China. A friend's attempt at divorce was rebuffed so she had to return to China to get divorced. On return, she married her US boyfriend.

The French army, during WWII either was defeated by the Germans or flipped and collaborated.

The French resistance was persistent and effective but the French, the bit that made it to England, returned to France courtesy of the US and British Empire invasion in June, 1944.

To characterize the French army as fighting more than the US is ridiculous. In WWII France had 210K military deaths, US 407K and British Commonweath 580K military deaths.

Yep, did yourself no favours in both wars and have had an inferiority complex ever since.

Since then France went on to create things like the fashion industry, David Ginola, man bags and being afraid of small Asian women to hide your poncy alter egos behind.

Geezer, we fought for years before the US entered the war. France has many less people than the US. Proportionally, we lost MANY brothers. It is an insulting lie to say that we were weak or cowardly.

I just wonder why people here are bashing France, when this thread is about divorce? Lots of anger here.

Ha.Ha. I'm not bashing the French. @JeanDP I agree. The topic thread is about 'helping' not 'bashing'.
