Your going to have to marry a local villager if you want that.

To buy, yes you need to marry a woman with a village Hukou. However there are sometimes places to rent. There are several villages around Fuxian Hu. You would need to visit the villages and ask around.

Welcome to China. The hills around the city are for burying your dead. Unless you are in that state you are not supposed to have your own land there.
