Anybody know toastmaster clubs in northern Kunming? contact info.? thanks.

Nope. Robin moved and so did Toastmasters.
There are four clubs in Kuming at present, with a 5th forming, but you want north, so that narrows it down to:

Wavy is in temporary quarters till the fall, when it will be located on Longquan Lu. Xuedu is still forming but located on Wuyi Rd, south of Renmin middle Rd. It doesn't have a website yet. We also hope to have a Mandarin club forming soon, located in the city center, and another English club hopes to get going in the fall down in ChengGong.

I read an article recently, recalled some TM threads here and looked them up.

It seems sad that as an international organization supposedly fostering effective and professional communication they are unable to provide a current, geographically delineated list of clubs and events.
