Any contacts to fix a leak in the ceiling (water entry point on roof not found so far), and to clean up the ceiling from any mold? Four people have worked at this problem but no good results. Any top contacts would be appreciated.

Unless you find the roof leak you are stumped really. This weather finds all the leaks.
Mold remediation advice here, blackmold.awardspace.com/kill-remove-mold.html, seems like baking soda may be the best option. Also the cheapest.
Maybe no leak but condensation.
Improve ventilation and get a lowered ceiling. The last will stop the condensation.
Definitely a leak, it's very local and the place is properly ventilated. I need someone who can find leaks.
Are you renting? Isn't it possible to get your landlord to take care of this? Seems to me it's his responsibility.
That is what the yearly maintenance fee is for.
Yeah, one would think so. In my building maintenance is a little slack, though not too bad.
yep the landlord and me are trying to get Wuguan to do their job but they don't want to. What story do you have.
@blupp: No big story - the Wuguan here are just not too quick or thorough about cleaning up stairwells, etc. Haven't had any serious issues.
Several years ago it turned out that water sometimes leaked from my bathtub drain or somewhere into the guy's bathroom downstairs - I called my landlord, he came, got it fixed, but he made the interesting comment that, actually, the leak was the problem of the guy downstairs, as it was not affecting his flat (that is, the one I live in).
Anyway, all problems were solved and we're cool here.
Im guessing you live on the top floor. If you've mould then you may well have damp. If that's the case then unless you have a few thousand pounds to throw at putting it right then all fixes are only going to be temporary.
Just muddle through until your lease ends. Put a coat of paint on during the winter. This rainy weather will effect the fixes you're trying to put on now.
