Dongfeng meter is off recently. I know since I've been checking aqi daily for over a year. It used to correlate to the other 4, but being 20 or so higher due to that extra city pollution. However, recently it's sometimes double or triple or quadruple the other 4. I don't doubt its real pollution, but I suspect it's not general city pollution ramping that high but maybe construction or a diesel source really close to meter.

4pm. Now dongfeng is green (37). Other four yellow. That meter needs a checkup.

How trustworthy are those measurements anyway? Last year when there was a forest fire on Xishan, and people on this site were complaining about heavy smoke smell and itching eyes bcs of this fire, those meters showed nothing, and it was green symbol.

Maybe theres someone just writing them on a feeling basis, and licking a finger and putting it in the air, sort of. Or maybe they are to be trusted, who knows....

In a word. Maybe they are just as trusthworthy as all the rest of the data is.

because most of smoke is bigger than pm2.5 maybe even bigger than pm10 espceially the stuff that sctrathes your eyeballs and the reading is for pm2.5 which is true for a lot of dust as well. if you dont understnad the units you cant understand the figures
