I need to obtain one from the Kunming PSB for a job program I am applying to. How do I obtain one if I no longer reside in China?

I'm sure if I sent them a letter or email, they won't be able to read it and if they do, they will not reply back.

Are there any law firms or expat organizations that could help me obtain one?

There was someone posting on Reddit a few days ago saying they were able to obtain the documents through a company called VisaInChina (www.visainchina.com)
