Can one be Australian and Chinese at the same time? I thought China allowed her citizen to have only one nationality.

This is probably belated, but I have wechat (english version, of course) installed on my iPhone, iPad, and macbook - although I'm sure there's a PC version and definitely android versions...

The pc/mac wechat app can be authenticated using your phone's camera, in addition to your login/pwd.
