For the record, Wizardsgsroup in Philippines replied to my enquiry, and quoted GREAT prices. 3 days of advanced sql, including certification, for 21500PHP. Thats about 1/6th of the price for the same thing in Europe.

Ok not to sound like an ass ... People still want MS certs? I have only been in the web side of things for a long time .... Even given windows laptops as a option no one takes them.... Last company I was at in Beijing before early retirement had one Windows machine out of 300 company laptops and on server side not a single windows box. In Canada we had again out of 700 company laptops 3 windows machines used by QA .... And 1 in accounting ... No windows servers out of 800 virtual servers. In China is their still demand?
