Does anybody know of a good shoe repairer (or shoe maker) in Kunming?

I have a few pairs of nice ladies shoes which need to be re-heeled. I also am looking to have a handbag repaired.

Any ideas?

I just got my leather boots fixed and a couple of handbags on my street which is Luo Feng Jie.
It is just off Yuan Tong Lu, walk down the street and the shoe repairer is on the right hand side, about half way down the street.
