What if It's All Been a Big Fat Lie?

What would happen if you followed a low carb low fat diet?
What you mean like the traditional Chinese diet, before people started consuming copious amounts of rice and oil?
many high-protein foods are also high in fat. many cuts of meat and chicken with skin are probably 30-50% fat. guess you could do a low carb low fat diet, but then it would have to exclude certain foods. and i don't think i've seen anyone advocate that kind of diet, so not sure why you'd want to do it. the controversy is carbs vs fat.
