Are they pressure headaches, does it only hurt when you move you head downwards and upwards. Its super dry here, so your mucus might be too thick from the dry weather and inhaling dust so for 8 months. I wouldnt take decongestants, especially a cocktail of them. You can get your sinuses drained, its a horrible feeling but worth it. If youre getting blood your sinuses are not clogged, they are just really dry. Invest in a multilayer cloth face mask and a neti pot.
