A Zhou Chef’s Table is a high-end catering plant-based restaurant in Kunming, which is committed to the research and development and propagation of vegan food. Zhang Chuanzhou, the founder of the restaurant has high standards for ingredients and is a master in the new style of veganism, integrating Chinese and western, northern and southern cuisines. He cooks vegan food which surpasses their original tastiness, surprises us like artwork and is ultimately a feast for the eyes and palate.
