Today on a mountain top we saw a tiny 4 cm long x 8mm wide hummingbird. It was feeding on flowers around us for at least 3 minutes and even checked out our pants so we got close look at this bird......
This evening, searching online for this extremely small bird I found out it's only habitat is Cuba and another island of the Carabean... named the Bee Humingbird...
Help for contacts please.............
Interesting! Are you bird watcher? No hummingbird in China. The bird you saw must be a sunbird or just a moth. Which mountain you visited? Xishan?
There is website of Yunnan Birding Watching Society. Can you read Chinese? If you took a picture, we definitely can ID it for you.
If not, give us details as much as you can.

I am a member of the society but I am going to move to Xishuangbannan for my new job.

It's called a sunbird. It's similar, but it evolved separately. I've seen them a few times in the countryside, though unfortunately they had been captured by peasants who were selling them along the side of the road.
