Wassup Peeps!!

Last week I sent out an e-mail about being set up here in China and how they are trying to get me for my paper. Now it's in phase 2, and I need your help. Last weekend on July 23rd, the security at the club where my wife works, attacked me and tackled me to the ground. In doing so, I hit my ribs on the side of the main stage. This angered me and I quickly got the security personnel off of me. As 3 more converged on my position, I jumped behind the main DJ booth in order to avoid being further attacked. Now with 4 security closing on me and fearing the worst, I picked up a beer bottle and threw it at the closest of the 4. This prompted a swift response in which they along with the other 6 security staff dragged me out of the rear door. Once out the rear door, they held me there for a few minutes before letting me go. As I walked away and made my way back around the front of the building on order to wait for my wife, they again attacked me, this time outside in full view of witnesses and bystanders. 7-8of them held me down and carried me to the side of the building where a few of them even took a few pot shots while I was held down. I was taken to the police station where I was held for 14 hours until my wife paid 15,000 RMB ($2,212.25) to to the police(an illegal bailout). Now they are threatening me with a case after a week of attempted extortion.

Friends, Family, Frat, & Sorors!!!! I call upon you in this time of need!!! I am currently in Shanghai, People's Republic of China. I live in Kunming, but I am unable to leave the city as the police are holding my passport until I agree to a negotiated a settlement or enter into a criminal case proceeding. If I negotiate, it will cost me anywhere between 100,000-400,000 RMB($14,762.28-44,285.02). If I get a lawyer to fight the case it will cost me between 20,000-70,000 RMB($2,952.25-10,332.87). I'm trying to raise money anyway that I can. This is not a drill! This is not a joke! This is not a scam! This is a genuine plea for help in my time of need.
